All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on this website and within our services remain the property of SMSBAT. Partners are granted a limited license to use SMSBAT materials solely for the purpose of promoting our services as outlined in the partnership agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Partners may have access to confidential information about SMSBAT's business, technology, and customers. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership agreement with 30 days written notice. SMSBAT reserves the right to immediately terminate access for any violation of these terms or for conduct that may harm our business or reputation.

7. Limitation of Liability

SMSBAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
